How do I cancel my Ace subscription?▼
Go to your profile and click "Manage subscription". There you can easily cancel your subscription. You keep access to Ace until the end of the billing period.
I can't log in - what do I do?▼
Try resetting your password via the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, email us at support@larrylearns.com with your email address.
How do I delete my account?▼
Email us at support@larrylearns.com from the email address connected to your account and request deletion. We process deletion requests within 72 hours in line with GDPR.
